Kinsey’s summer senior photo session at Brunswick Lake in Brunswick, Ohio was the perfect mix of beautiful scenery, golden hour sunshine, adventure and lots of laughter. If you are looking for a fun outdoor location for senior pictures in Medina County, Brunswick Lake has so many different backdrops to explore during one session.

We started Kinsey’s senior photos on the bridge at Brunswick Lake just as the evening light was getting nice and golden. The warm sunlight made the perfect setting for those classic senior portraits with the lake and surrounding trees in the background. Starting at the bridge also gave us a great way to ease into the session before exploring the rest of the park.

From the bridge, we made our way toward the field of wildflowers located behind Giant Eagle in Brunswick. It is always funny to think that such a pretty spot for senior pictures is tucked right behind a grocery store!

The wildflowers gave us a completely different look from the lake and bridge. The colorful flowers and soft evening sunlight made such a pretty backdrop for Kinsey’s senior portraits. This is one of the reasons I love using Brunswick Lake for senior photography in Medina County. There are so many different areas to explore without having to travel to multiple locations.

Then Kinsey decided she wanted to get adventurous and get in the water!

Of course, we also had to have a little fun with the geese. Kinsey chased them around and we could not stop laughing because they barely reacted. Apparently, the geese at Brunswick Lake are so used to people that they were completely unimpressed by her attempt to chase them!

After our goose adventure, we enjoyed some of the most beautiful golden sunlight of the evening. The warm glow around the lake was absolutely gorgeous and gave us some of those dreamy golden hour senior photos that make outdoor senior photography so special.

We eventually made our way toward the Susan Hambley Nature Center, where we continued taking advantage of the natural scenery around Brunswick Lake.

Brunswick Lake is one of my favorite places to consider for senior pictures in Brunswick Ohio and throughout Medina County because of the variety. You can have lake senior photos, wildflower senior pictures, bridge portraits, nature senior photography, golden hour photos and fun candid images all within the same general area.

Kinsey’s session was such a great example of how senior pictures can be beautiful while still being fun and completely personal. We explored, laughed, chased geese, got in the water and enjoyed a gorgeous Ohio summer evening.
