Alexandra’s senior session at Brunswick Lake could not have landed on a more perfect fall day. It was peak autumn, and the lake was surrounded by the most beautiful colors, with trees showing off every shade of red, orange, and gold. Even better, it was one of those rare fall days that still felt warm and comfortable, which made walking around the park and exploring each spot even more enjoyable.

Alexandra brought along some of her favorite things to use as props, including her books. Just as we laid them out and started photographing, the weather decided to add a little drama and it began to drizzle. Honestly, it felt very fitting for a cozy fall session, but we took a short pause and waited it out. One of the things I love most about Brunswick Lake Park is the variety of scenes and how easy it is to drive around the lake from spot to spot. It makes sessions there feel like multiple locations in one, without ever having to go far.

By the time Alexandra changed outfits, the rain had stopped and we were able to continue her session without any issues. We headed towards the fishing dock at Brunswick Lake.

She and her mom had also made the cutest puzzle sign with the year 2026 on it, the year she graduates, which made for such a meaningful and personal detail in her photos. We moved to another area that is not far from the first spot at all, but it feels completely different.

This part of Brunswick Lake Park focuses more on nature and trees and less on the water, which gave her gallery even more variety while still keeping everything cohesive.

We ended the session at the Brunswick Rec Center, which was the perfect way to wrap things up. Alexandra is a swimmer, and those photos say so much about who she is and the dedication she has to her sport. From the colorful fall scenes at the lake to the pool where she spends so much of her time, her senior session truly felt like a reflection of her story, her passions, and this exciting season of life.

All in all, Alexandra’s senior session felt like the perfect mix of meaningful, personal, and fun. From the colorful fall scenes around the lake, to the quiet nature focused spot, to finishing at the Rec Center where her love for swimming really shines, every part of her session told a piece of her story. One of the best parts about Brunswick Lake is how close it is to Brunswick High School, making it such a special and convenient place to capture this season of life. It truly is the perfect location for seniors who want variety, beauty, and a place that already holds so many memories.
