Emerson’s senior session at Brunswick Lake Park was the perfect mix of early morning serenity and joyful energy. We started just after sunrise, when the golden light was still soft and low, casting a warm glow across the wildflower field. This part of the park is one of my absolute favorite spots for senior photos!!! The wildflower blooms stretch across a gentle hill and in the quiet morning hours it feels like your own little world.

From the moment Emerson stepped into the field, it was clear how at home she was among the flowers. Her bubbly personality made every laugh and movement feel genuine, and she looked completely in her element surrounded by the soft yellows and greens. The sunlight filtered through the petals, catching the highlights in her hair and giving her portraits that dreamy, golden touch only sunrise can offer.

Brunswick Lake Park’s wildflower area is such a gem for senior photos — it’s close to parking for quick outfit changes, has open space for walking and twirling shots, and is surrounded by natural textures that look stunning in every season. In the morning, it’s especially peaceful, letting us focus on capturing portraits without the bustle of a busy park day.

For the second part of her session, Emerson brought out something special — her color guard uniform, along with her flags as props. This was such a fun and personal way to showcase her passions and the dedication she’s put into her high school years. Against the soft backdrop of the field and trails, the bold colors of her uniform and flags stood out beautifully, adding a unique and dynamic ending to her gallery.

Emerson’s senior photos were a celebration of her bright spirit, her love for the outdoors, and the activities that have shaped her high school journey. Sunrise at Brunswick Lake Park couldn’t have been a more fitting setting for this chapter of her story.
