Class of 2024 Senior Spokesmodel Theme Day in Medina Square/ Roscoe Ewing Park

Written by marketing intern, Ryley Goulis

As the class of 2024’s senior season was coming to an end, they had the opportunity to create a photoshoot session that was perfectly curated to each of their personalities. Each senior got to choose a theme of their own that accurately represented them, and what they are passionate about. We ventured from beautiful historic Medina Square, to Roscoe Ewing Park also located in Medina Ohio.

We first started with Chloe’s “Retro Library” theme where we chose the Medina Library in Medina Square, Ohio as the perfect backdrop for her theme. The seniors brought in their best vintage outfits and even some props to represent what this theme meant to them. The architecture of the Medina LIbrary was fantastic in bringing together the outfits of each senior as well as being dynamic enough to match the different vibes everyone brought to the table.

Next we moved to an eccentric alley-way located in Medina Square for Annabelle and Sophia’s photoshoot theme of “New York City”, and “Career Day”. This alley-way was filled with both modern and dated architecture which catered to the needs of both themes and gave the seniors plenty of opportunities for photos that fit their ideas best. For Annabelle’s “New York City” theme, they came with leather jackets, chic couture, heels and much more. We chose this set of stairs to tie in to the New York aesthetic, and the seniors absolutely knocked the ball out of the park with this look.

Sophia’s “Career Day” was one of the most pure themes, as each senior got to dress in clothing that fit the job they would be taking on in their future. We had some amazing looks, such as cosmetologists, dental hygienists, and teachers.

Still located in Medina Square, our group of seniors took on Dean’s theme of “Jerseys” where each person got to wear a jersey from a team that they love! This was so much fun, and displayed the different interests of the teens, such as the sport, and the team. The alley-way at the Medina Square had a red brick backdrop that was perfect to photograph the seniors and their awesome jerseys, as it provided the perfect amount of contrast and stillness for each photo.

After Dean’s theme, we all took a quick ride to Roscoe Ewing Park, located in Medina Ohio to finish up our last few themes in the glorious sunset lighting. Ty made an amazing suggestion of “School Pride” for his theme, which was so fun, and helped the seniors really connect with the location and activities they participated in, in high school. It was so much fun watching the seniors bond over their similarities and differences for one of their last photoshoots together.

Next, we had Bekah’s “Country” theme, which really flourished in Roscoe Ewing Park. As the sun was setting we got some beautiful photos of the seniors in the sunlight, and the geography of this location was nature in such a raw form that it brought this theme to life. The vibes of these photos made you feel like you were out in the country, and was paired extremely well with the theme Bekah chose.

Claire had mentioned over the year that her favorite color was pink, so it was no surprise when she chose a “Pink and White” themed photoshoot. One of the best parts about this theme was having everyone match so well together, and capturing really cohesive yet representative group photos. Each of the seniors styled their colors differently, as well as some shoes and accessories.

This year has been a blast, all thanks to our amazing seniors.
